With reference to the range of the exercisable activities by a non-commercial general partnership (società semplice), the aim of this paper is to investigate the nature of the assumption of shareholdings. Special attention will be paid to the stresses that may arise between the «non-commercial type» and the notion of «group of companies» resulting from the «direction and coordination activity» exercised by a «natural person holding».
