It examines the historical evolution of delineating electoral district boundaries, tracing the process from the Constitutional Assembly to the recent reforms of 2018. Special attention is given to the introduction of the new Permanent Census System and the consequent necessity for consistent revision of electoral constituencies. Through critical analysis and historical context, this study sheds light on the complexities inherent in ensuring equitable representation within electoral systems.
