The article deals with the relationship between migrations, interlegality, and legal pluralism, trying to point out some of the most important issues that challenge philosophers of law. First, the article employs the concept of interlegality to investigate the intersections and interactions between different legal spaces in immigration countries. Second, it underlines the impact of these phenomena on the theory of legal order as conceived within mainstream Western legal positivism in the 19th and 20th centuries. Finally, it focuses on legal pluralism as a normative approach to the possible (mutual) recognition of different legal spaces
