Analyse comparative des séquelles des lésions osseuses de l’épaule au moyen de 6 barèmes différents: considérations sur 117 cas

The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of 117 cases of shoulder bone fractures. We have been studying the applicability of 6 - Italian and foreign - scales on these 117 cases for the evaluation of bodily damage. The epidemiological data were the guidelines for the interpretation. The results of this study have given us a reflection on the system of scales of evaluation of bodily damage and lead to the conclusion that, in order to obtain a legal European valuation medicine, it’s necessary to standardize the scales used in different countries.
