We present the first experimental demonstration of an inverse-designed nonlinear all-dielectric metasurface. Our experimentally realized inverse-designed metasurface which includes quantum-engineered resonant nonlinearities is fabrication robust and demonstrates directional and record-high second harmonic generation efficiency.

Abstract
