In the perspective of improving the quality of the built environment and the ways of living in contemporary urban areas, the project presented here proposes the enhancement of existing urban spaces through the installation, in a strategic location, of a micro-architecture aimed at serving as a recharging station for electric bicycles and scooters, while containing within it a narrative of the surrounding landscape. These micro-architectures are conceived as minimal elements accessible to citizens, aimed at connecting, stitching and enhancing complex and sometimes heterogeneous urban contexts. The sustainability of such an intervention lies in its effective feasibility and functional autonomy, thanks to its ability to adapt in a fully reversible manner (disassembly of the micro-architecture) and to be particularly flexible regarding the economic and physical conditions of the urban context in which it is inserted (use of materials consistent with the context, eco-friendly, and with minimal impact). The proposal is consistent with the characteristics of a contemporary smart city, which should be inclusive above all: it indeed resorts to technologies offered by the digital era to interact with users' mobile devices, while simultaneously employing synthetic visual communication not to lose sight of the emotional component.

Abstract
The proposal is consistent with the characteristics of a contemporary smart city, which should be inclusive above all: it indeed resorts to technologies offered by the digital era to interact with users' mobile devices, while simultaneously employing synthetic visual communication not to lose sight of the emotional component.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
