The contribution presents a reflection on the interventions on historical surfaces following the economic availability of the bonuses promoted by the government from 2020 to 2021. The ability to transfer tax credits has strengthened people's willingness to restore the façade of their building assets. Within a few months, a run-up to the designer, authorization, and finally the company was triggered, result-ing in numerous organizational problems, particularly in the offices responsible for control, which included not only the superintendent but also the technical offices of the dioceses. In this contribution, we want to try to make a synthesis/verification of the existence of this important historical moment for the ecclesiastical heritage, which will un-doubtedly mark a redefinition of the management processes of CEI funds for future years, and also of the maintenance activities required for facade preservation. Cer-tainly, the acquisition of bonuses has favoured the realization of quality geometric cognitive reliefs (often, the use of a laser scanner proved to be the quickest means of drawing up the project). On the other hand, many concerns are primarily related to work processes. The required abruptness in performing the work has brought to light some critical issues. The proposed reflection is based on data provided by two dioceses, Brescia, and Mantua.

Abstract
The proposed reflection is based on data provided by two dioceses, Brescia, and Mantua.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
