The behavior of the steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) was discussed using uniaxial tensile cyclic tests on cylindrical specimens subjected to low-cycle fatigue. These tests were carried out on cracked specimens with fracture process zones. The SFRC were found to be influenced by concrete matrix, geometry and content of fibers. It was observed that high fatigue performances was obtained using high strength cementitious matrix, that exhibited fiber reinforcement.

Abstract
The behavior of the steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) was discussed using uniaxial tensile cyclic tests on cylindrical specimens subjected to low-cycle fatigue. These tests were carried out on cracked specimens with fracture process zones. The SFRC were found to be influenced by concrete matrix, geometry and content of fibers. It was observed that high fatigue performances was obtained using high strength cementitious matrix, that exhibited fiber reinforcement.File in questo prodotto:
