In this communication we will present the result of the analysis of some very critical aspects of work systems as control room and the results obtained in the search of operative solution which allow to insert into a traditional procedure to design control centres for urban transportation services, some aspects which results ergonomically very important. Particularly attention has been focused on the analysis required for the determination of the flow of information to the control centre of “a not guarded” and “without driver” transport system and on the presentation of main problems related to functional and usability characteristics of the synoptic panels on large screen.
